GIna Rendon, MBA, BS, RHIA

Gina joined Napa Valley Emergency Medical Group in 2023 to be our first ever Practice Administrator. She comes to us with a breadth of experience in Healthcare Operations. Gina has been a welcomed addition to our team as she supports NVEMG’s operational growth and change management. She has a passion for performance improvement and sound processes. She received her undergraduate training in Health Information Administration at Loma Linda University. After several years of experience working at several midsized hospitals in California Gina completed her Masters in Business Administration at Sonoma State University.

When Gina isn’t working she is busy with her young family introducing them to the world of outdoor adventuring.
